Heather's Story

It's a little scary isn't it, having this unborn child inside of you. Knowing how hard it is to raise a child, I knew that it was not something that I would be able to handle. As a woman who found out she was pregnant just months before she turned 22, I knew that I did not have what it was going to take to raise, care, and provide for a child.

Though I am not against abortion, it was something that I personally could not go through with. I started exploring my options as far as what I could do, I found adoption. How prefect, of all the greatest gifts that I could give, i can give the gift of life..

Adoption Miracles has been prefect since the day that I first met and talked with them. I had felt alone in my pregnancy, my partner had decided to leave me, the father of the child wanted nothing to do with the pregnancy, and I had not told very many friends at all that I was pregnant. With their help though, it became easier to talk about, easier to find and get to the doctor, and I began to realize how lucky I was. I knew of the type of adoptive parent(s) I wanted for this little boy that I'm carrying. I read through the profiles of many adoptive parents out there, some with children and some without. I came across the prefect mom for a child. She is smart, friendly, well traveled, loving, everything that a mom should be. I get to meet her face to face in the next couple weeks, I know they we both couldn't be more excited. I love this child, so I carry him now and give birth to him so that she can love him and raise him to be a great man. Pregnancy can be a very scary thing, and a lot of woman feel alone, just know that you don't have to be. There are tons of families out there that would love to provide for and care for a child. Give them a chance; give your baby a chance. Make a difference in someone’s life, give them the gift of life.
